 Triathlon Training Program (Team Austin-T3)

The T3 Triathlon Training
workouts are devised to maximize time spent training in Swimming, Cycling and Running, by incorporating strength, endurance, power, agility and speed workouts along with core exercises.  The training program is designed to follow a structured periodization plan  to training so that an athlete can maximize his/her efforts during workouts for the best possible results.

The team training program is designed to accommodate all levels of athletes while making sure that each individual is receiving what they need by challenging and motivating them mentally and physically. T3 has the most comprehensive training schedule available for triathlon training in Austin, TX.  A great training schedule combined  with professional- expert coaches, will allow  each athlete will achieve the most from each workout, while assuring proper training cycles to incorporate different training phases as well as peaking and recovery phases.

Local elite triathletes will be working with the Austin T3 coaches to bring each athlete the latest in skills and race strategies. The training components will be triathlon-specific and will include: pacing, transition practice, strength training, tempo runs, skill work, and interval training. Furthermore, information on topics, such as: Nutrition, Bike Mechanics, and Race Strategy will be incorporated into the Triathlon Training Workouts.

And, as always, as a T3 athlete, you will have unlimited access to the coaches via email and phone!

All billing is done monthly and may be discounted for longer commitment periods. 

The T3 program follows the triathlon season with local and destination races from the months of March-October.  Winter months are used for CROSS TRAINING with Endurance Training to keep the fitness and get stronger over the winter months.
