Weekday Indoor Cycling Practices: T3 Weekly
Cycling Practices are available five days per week on the weekly
schedule. The cycling workouts allow athletes a chance to take advantage of
indoor center where the workouts can be safe and intense at the
same time. Interval work can be done without leaving
anyone behind. The workouts are for all levels and can be
used for all distance training from the sprints to Ironman
distance training. The athletes are expected to attend a minimum
of 2-3 indoor cycling workouts when signed up for the bike
portion of the training. When combined with the multisport
program, training in the indoor cycling classes may vary from
2-4 times per week. T3 Coaches will be available at all
scheduled practices to ensure individual attention and expert
feedback on cycling form, body position and power technique.
Location: The workouts are held at the T3 -
Performance Training Center (T3-PTC). Located on 2401
Thornton Rd, Austin TX 78704.

Weekend Group Rides: In
addition to the weekly inddor cycling practices, T3 Cycling
also includes organized long group rides each weekend. These
long rides will be organized by distance and pace depending on individual training goals
and races. Weekend Group Rides meet at various locations, so
be sure to contact the coaching staff to find out where they
are meeting and riding from.

What to Bring:
Bring your bike! (We use indoor trainers to put your
bike on)
Cycling Shoes
Small
Towel
Water/Nutrition
**The training center does have extra trainers to try the
class out but it is expected for individuals to purchase their
trainer after a month of training with Team T3's indoor
cycling program. Be sure to ask the coaches for coupons
to purchase a trainer at the local bike shops.
