Chrissie
Novak - T3 Head Coach
Chrissie has a competitive swimming background spanning
over two decades. She competed as a member of the nationally-ranked
UT Women's Swim Team; and in high school swam for the
top high-school swim team in the country (The Bolles
School in Jacksonville, FL); and, as an age-grouper,
she competed across New York State. Her love for sport
and her desire to teach and coach, inspired her to help
establish Total Technique Training - a training program
focused on athlete development and education. Chrissie
is enjoying adding the sports of running and cycling
to her training, and feels right at home in triathlon
competitions. |

Maurice
Culley - T3 Head Coach
Maurice is very passionate when it comes to teaching
and training adults of all levels. He has experience coaching
all ages and at every level, starting as a student assistant
with The University of Texas Men's Swim Team, to coaching
Master and Elite swimmers to National competition. Along
with coaching High School (Bowie), Masters and Nationally
renowned Age-Group programs, comes a winning attitude.
Always expressing the importance of fundamentals, technique
and good aerobic conditioning has brought his coaching
style big success. His resume speaks for itself, achieving:
Numerous Age-Group National Top 16 athletes, HS-State
Record Holders and National Master Finalists. Maurice
has also had the privilege to coach a HS State Championship
team and be an assistant coach to some of Austin's swimming
Olympians and triathlon champions. As a T3- Coach, Maurice
wants to share his experience with you in one of the T3
Triathlon Programs! |

Dan
Carroll - T3 Athlete-Coach
Dan is one of Austin's most versatile triathletes with extensive
experience in all distance races. Dan's competition experience goes
back to his days at Cornell University where he was on the university crew
team. Dan has moved up through the triathlon age-group ranks in
Texas to
excel as one of Austin's elite athletes. T3 takes advantage of
Dan's extensive athletics background to help our athletes understand the
complexity of triathlon training. |

Stephan Schwarze - T3
Athlete Coach
Although Stephan’s specialty is
IRONMAN distance racing, he has competed and become accomplished in
numerous areas while performing well at all distances. He is a coach
with Austin T3 and focuses on the planning and development of the
training. T3 is fortunate to have one of Austin's most experienced
athletes be involved with the program. Highlights include:
6 Ironman World Championships finishes in Kona: 1990, 2001, 2002,
2003, 2004, and personal best in 2005 - 9:02:54 placing 54th overall.
IM PR's include: first overall amateur at Ironman Korea 2005, first
place age group Ironman Coeur d'Alene, several IM podium finishes
