What I think really sets T3 apart is the wonderful spirit of the team. T3 is a place where we all can gather in the spirit of training and racing and a place where we encourage one another even if we're racing "against" one another. Even when training can become challenging or difficult, T3 is a place that we all want to come back to day after day.

A veteran of T3, Michelle Lapuente began
her quest for health, fitness and all things triathlon 10 years
ago. Having been mostly sedentary during her 20’s, she realized
how important being healthy and physically fit would be later in
life (never mind her pants weren’t fitting quite right) and
decided to take control by enlisting the aid of a personal
trainer. After months of training and her first triathlon, she
decided to become a student of all things fitness and received a
Personal Trainer Certificate from the Cooper Institute in
Dallas, TX.
