Looking to maintain fitness and conditioning during the
winter months
Wanting to strengthen the run segment of their triathlon
performance
The main focus of the training will be injury prevention
as you build endurance in run training through the implementation
of Core Strength Training and cross training with the sports
of swimming and cycling during the winter months. By participating
in this program, each athlete will also learn more about
training for endurance events with a cross-training emphasis,
which will help keep you motivated for the upcoming triathlon
season. In addition, the group will be limited in number
to ensure individual attention and coach-feedback on running
technique, supported long runs and overall progress in the
training program.
Each athlete will have the option of joining just the T3
run specific workouts (3/wk) or participating in the run training
in conjunction with the T3 swimming /tri training (10+/wk).
