-There are numerous reasons why I train with T3 – good coach:
athlete ratio, convenient and numerous training sessions, a
wide range of athletic abilities represented among the members
and, of course, regular social gatherings. But the #1 reason I
am and will continue to be a proud member of T3 is that I’m
mentored by coaches who genuinely want me to succeed and to
enjoy being an athlete.

Facilities
Swimming
Austin T3 holds the swimming sessions at two pools: Lost Creek
Country Club and Courtyard Tennis and Swim Club. Both are outdoor,
heated pools. Lost Creek is a 6-lane, 25 meter pool and
Courtyard is a 6 lane, 25 yard facility. Changing rooms are available
at both locations. Lost Creek Country Club is located off of
hwy 360. Courtyard is located off Hwy 360 and Courtyard Dr..
Cycling:
Indoor Cycling classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are
located at the T3 Performance Training Center. Cycling classes
are based on gear learning, power intervals and aerobic
conditioning. Duration for most indoor workouts is 70-80
minutes.
Outdoor locations vary. The locations for the cycling practices are
based on traffic loads, road surface and distance. See calendar
or contact coaches for details. Cycling practices vary in
terrain through out the year and include interval work with
varying degrees of volume and intensity. We use and
indoor facility with trainers to incorporate interval, power
and endurance workouts when the weather doesn't allow us to
train outside.
T3 Running:
Austin T3 Running and Tri-Training workouts are also held
at various locations to central Austin. T3 uses local running
tracks to hold speed training workouts while also utilizing
some of Austin's well known hill routes to practice strength
repeats. The workouts are central near town-lake and Lake
Austin Blvd, where O'Henry Middle School is located.
