T3 TEAM TRIATHLON TRAINING:T3 has great team support for training and racing and is the only triathlon program to offer 20+ group workouts per week. Athletes receive unlimited access to USAT certified coaches in addition to race-specific or ongoing training programs. All ability levels are welcome to train with the fun and energetic team.
SWIM CLINICS: Gain comfort and confidence that you will have a great swim in your next triathlon. It's never too late to learn the fundamentals and proper technique for swimming. T3 will help you maximize your time as you train for your next race. Great for all levels – beginners welcome!
WANT TO STAY IN SHAPE THIS WINTER?Join the T3 Team for Winter Endurance Training. Programs include Marathon Training for the 3M Half and AT&T Full and Half Marathons, winter endurance cycling and triathlon base-training to improve fitness and technique before the 2009 season gets started. The T3 ELITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is designed for competitive triathletes who are looking to take their training to the next level or explore a career in triathlon. T3 athletes David Khan (Top Amateur IMAZ 08) and Tommy Rushing (3rd Overall Lonestar Half Iron 08) currently train with the T3 Elite Program and are focusing on placing high at the world championships in 2008. SEASON SUCCESS!
T3 IS ROCKING THE 2008 SEASON WITH GREAT PERFORMANCES BY ATHLETES OF ALL AGES! From the season opener at Lonestar to the Texas Tri Series, T3 athletes have been all over the podium. In addition to athletes racing, T3 has had just as many volunteers as participants at every TX Tri Series Event. T3 has 8+ athletes qualified for the National Age-Group Championships in Las Vegas and several Kona qualifiers. T3 also continues to boast a 100% first time finisher rate for the Ironman distance. Way to go Team T3!!
