The T3 Ironman Training consists of training plans
and group training workouts to prepare for the long distance
events. Not only will you get information about how to
train correctly but also get all the insight into what it take
to have success at the Half and Full Ironman distance. T3 has had a great success with performances at
these distances and has a good track record of making sure the
training is fun while staying goal oriented. Educating our
athletes is our biggest concern and with that in mind, we host
special seminars on Nutrition, Strength and Flexibility that
will also be a big part of the training process.Team T3
has big plans for 2008 and is already underway with some of its
biggest groups yet. There are 30 athletes training and
competing in the 2008 Ironman Arizona in April and also 25+
