athlete ratio, convenient and numerous training sessions, a
wide range of athletic abilities represented among the members
and, of course, regular social gatherings. But the #1 reason I
am and will continue to be a proud member of T3 is that I’m
mentored by coaches who genuinely want me to succeed and to
enjoy being an athlete.

T3 Membership Options
There are several different ways to participate with Team T3. Regardless of the program you choose, all T3 athletes receive full member benefits as well as unlimited access to T3’s expert coaches. All members will train and race with the T3 Team! Please review the T3 Membership Options Below.

BRONZE PACKAGE
T3 SPORT Training
Program: $100/month
Is for anyone interested in getting going with Triathlons for
the first time. This program allows for
THREE CLASSES
during the week and also includes the
Weekend Group Session on Sat/Sun.
Most beginners start out with this program as it is for
Beginner/Intermediate athletes getting started in group
training for the first time and holding a consistent training
schedule for a Sprint or Olympic Distance Race. Any
three practices on the weekly training schedule can be
attended with this program.
Single Sport Training: Any athletes participating in a single sport training with
Team T3 should sign up for the T3 SPORT Training Program
(Bronze). Most do swimming, cycling or Run training
independently and don't do triathlon training but are still
part of the team and still receive the full "member" benefits.
Is for seasoned athletes that know they want to
participate in FIVE CLASSES per week plus the Weekend Group
Sessions on Sat/Sun. Most athletes joining the
Performance Training Program are already training at least 3+
days during the week and plan on taking things to the next
level. Athletes that participate in this program
usually sign up for races ranging from Olympic Distance to Half Ironman
Distance races. Any five practices on the weekly
training schedule can be attended with this program.
This is the Complete Triathlon
Training Program that includes Unlimited
access to all of theSWIM, BIKE and RUN
classes listed on the T3 Practice Schedule. Most athletes that
sign up for this training program train full time and are
usually training year round for a complete triathlon season.
Athletes looking to do Half Ironman or Ironman Distance training with the
team are recommended to sign up for this program.
Recommended by the T3 Coaches to experience the greatest
improvements in training and fitness levels due to the ability
to participate in "doubles" per day, multiple times per week.
Athletes Currently in the program can switch to this training
package when they are not going to participate in more
than TWO practices per week but want to continue with the
team training. Most athletes that sign up for this program
are not signed up for a race and therefore want to only be
paying for what they are using during their off season period.
Athletes can use this package as a Pre-Season Program or as Post
Season program during the winter months.
