-There are numerous reasons why I train with T3 – good coach:
athlete ratio, convenient and numerous training sessions, a
wide range of athletic abilities represented among the members
and, of course, regular social gatherings. But the #1 reason I
am and will continue to be a proud member of T3 is that I’m
mentored by coaches who genuinely want me to succeed and to
enjoy being an athlete.
The T3 Coached Training Groups are for those who want to work
on their endurance, speed and overall strength in a fun, dynamic,
and challenging group setting. All of the training groups maintain
a heavy emphasis on technique and efficiency in the workouts.
Each workout is managed to include all levels of training -
to teach the beginner, motivate the intermediate and challenge
the advanced athletes within the same practice. Athletes will
be grouped according to experience and ability and given a workout
appropriate for their training goals.
T3 offers a versatile schedule to allow athletes workout options
before or after work. With over 15 coached practices per week,
almost anyone can get the benefit of training with an enthusiastic
group and achieve peak performance without having the stress
of missing a practice. The T3 coaching staff will help you plan
your training so that you can implement the group training program
with information on strength and nutrition.
Athletes training with T3 can choose to train all three sports
or specialize their training to any one component of the triathlon
program. Regardless of program participation, each athlete is
automatically eligible to be part of the Austin T3 - Racing
Team if they would like to compete at the races with the fun
and energetic group.
